Return & Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AT THIS TIME
EXCHANGE MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
We work hard to insure the quality of our swimwear and inspect all items before they are packaged and shipped to you. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, faulty, we will gladly exchange the item.
Please refer to our sizing charts to get your perfect fit before ordering. If you receive the item and you feel you need a different size we will gladly exchange it for you.
Please read our exchange policy before proceeding with an exchange.
- Only unwashed, unworn, items with tags and hygiene sticker attached will be eligible for exchange.
- Items MUST be mailed back within 10 days of receiving them for the exchange to be approved.
- Store credit will be offered in the amount of your exchange items minus the cost of shipping.
- Items bought with a discount code are eligible for exchange but clearance items are not.
- Clearance items will NOT be approved for an exchange and are FINAL SALE.
- Items that have stains, odors, or evidence of reattached hygiene sticker or tags will be DENIED for an exchange. No exceptions.
- Marcia B Maxwell has the right to refuse any exchanges that go against our exchange policy.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the goods back to Marcia B Maxwell HQ and will not be reimbursed for that cost.
- Marcia B Maxwell is not responsible for lost packages, so we strongly suggest using a delivery service that provides a tracking number.
- To exchange, email email@example.com with the subject "EXCHANGE (order number)". Please include the name and size of the item you wish to exchange for and the reason for your exchange. We will reply with instructions on where to send the items you wish to exchange.
- When returned item is received and inspected, please allow 1-4 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the status of the exchange.
