Return & Exchange Policy

- EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY
- ITEMS MUST BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY
- ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Please read our exchange policy before proceeding with an exchange.
-Only unwashed, unworn, items with tags and hygiene sticker attached will be eligible for exchange or store credit.
-Items MUST be mailed back within 10 days of receiving the items to be approved.
-Store credit will be offered in the amount of your exchange items minus the cost of shipping.
-Items that were bought on sale and purchased with a discount code will NOT be approved for an exchange and are FINAL SALE.
-Items that have stains, odors, or evidence of reattached hygiene sticker will be DENIED for an exchange, no exceptions.
-Marcia B Maxwell has the right to refuse any exchanges that go against our exchange policy.
-The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the goods back to Marcia B Maxwell HQ and will not be reimbursed for that cost.
-Marcia B Maxwell is not responsible for lost packages, so we strongly suggest using a delivery service that provides a tracking number.
-To exchange, email email@example.com immediately with the subject "EXCHANGE (order number)". Please include the name and size of the item you wish to exchange for and the reason for your exchange.
-To return for store credit, email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the subject "STORE CREDIT (order number)"
