Return & Exchange Policy
Please read our return and exchange policy before purchasing.
- RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY
- RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF SHIPPING.
- GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
- ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT.
- IF THE TERMS FOR A DISCOUNTED SALE ARE BROKEN, PRICING FOR ITEMS MAY BE ADJUSTED.
- WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. THE PRICE OF YOUR ITEM(S) AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IS FINAL.
- REQUEST YOUR REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT HERE.
REFUNDS
- A $7 shipping fee plus $3 per unit restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. These fees are waived for exchanges and store credit.
- Any shipping costs paid by customers will not be refunded as this is a separate service provided by the carrier and we cannot recover these costs once the service has been provided.
- Once your returned items are received in the warehouse and inspected, you can expect a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
EXCHANGE
- Once your returned items are received in the warehouse and inspected, you can expect a new confirmation email within 5-7 business days. Upon receiving your new confirmation email, please allow an additional 2 days for a shipping confirmation email.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card that will never expire.
- Once your returned items are received in the warehouse and inspected, you can expect an email containing your store credit within 5-7 business days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be in the original form they were received, in the original packaging with hang tags and hygiene sticker attached.
- Only unwashed, unworn items will be eligible for return. Items that have stains, odors, pet hair, or evidence of reattached hygiene sticker will be denied. MBM Swim has the right to refuse any returns that go against our return and exchange policy.
We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please use the return function in our exchange portal so we can evaluate and remedy the situation ASAP.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Only orders shipped to the United States and Canada are eligible for return. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. SHIPPING INSURANCE
All orders placed with MBM Swim automatically include shipping insurance facilitated by Route. This insurance, calculated at 3% of your order value, is seamlessly added to your cart during the checkout process. This coverage serves to protect your package in the unfortunate event of loss, theft, or damage. We highly recommend opting for this insurance to ensure your peace of mind throughout the shipping process. If, however, you wish to forgo this protection, you may do so by deselecting the option. The toggle button for opting out can be found conveniently at the bottom of the cart sidebar. It's important to note that Route is a service and, once selected, is non-refundable.
If there are any issues with your package, please initiate a claim directly through Route here.
By choosing not to acquire insurance, you acknowledge that MBM Swim holds no liability for items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your item is marked 'delivered' but subsequently lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
