-You will have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for store credit.
-Only unwashed, unworn, items with tags attached will be eligible for exchange.
-Store credit will be offered in the amount of your exchange items minus the cost of shipping.
-Items must be in the original form it was received with original tags.
-Items that have stains, odors, pet hair, or evidence of reattached hygiene sticker will be denied for an exchange, no exceptions.
-Marcia B Maxwell has the right to refuse any exchanges that go against our exchange policy.
-The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the goods back to Marcia B Maxwell HQ and will not be reimbursed for that cost.
-Marcia B Maxwell is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
-We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping but in the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-To exchange, email email@example.com immediately with the subject "EXCHANGE – Order # ______". Please include the name and size of the item you wish to exchange for and the reason for your exchange.
-For store credit, email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the subject "STORE CREDIT Order # ______". Please include the reason you would like to return for store credit.
-Once the items reach Marcia B Maxwell HQ, please allow 1-4 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the status of the exchange.
